KASHRUT
At our restaurant, we pride ourselves on the highest level of Kashrut. This means that our food is prepared and cooked strictly following Jewish dietary laws. We understand the importance of Kashrut to our customers and take every measure to ensure that our food meets their strict requirements.
To achieve this, our facilities are under the strict supervision of Rabbi Yechiel Babad “Tartikov,” who is a respected authority in the Jewish community. Rabbi Babad ensures that all aspects of our food preparation and cooking processes comply with the strictest Kashrut standards.
In addition, we have multiple kitchens, with separate areas designated for meat, dairy, and parve food. This prevents any cross-contamination and ensures that each type of food is prepared according to its specific guidelines.
All of our meats are Beit Yosef, which means that they are prepared according to the Sephardic tradition and under Sephardic Beit Dein’s supervision. We strictly use Ezra’s Best and KJ poultry for all our meats. We only use Cholov Yisrael and Yoshan products, which are dairy and grain products that have been produced under strict Kashrut guidelines.
We take great care to ensure that all of our food is Bishul Yisroel Sephardi. This commitment to Kashrut reflects our dedication to providing our customers with the highest quality food that meets their religious and dietary requirements.
With our strict adherence to Kashrut and the supervision of Rabbi Yechiel Babad “Tartikov,” you can trust that every meal at our restaurant is prepared to the highest standards of Jewish dietary law.
